My alarm started beeping on Sunday. We tried to stop it and it stopped Sunday night. By Monday it was beeping again. In desperation I rang Gronbek and got someone out that afternoon. The alarm technician told me the alarm battery had gone flat and replaced it. While the alarm technician was here, he changed our pin numbers and advised us on how to best use the alarm. Very polite and knowledgeable man.
